There is a total of more than 500 staff in DIG, including over 160 professional planners and designers, and over 40 senior experts. DIG’s experts are mainly involved in tourism, urban planning, economy, architecture, garden, culture, ecology, geography, investment, marketing, management and some other related fields. A number of elites and multiplex young talents in DIG can provide unique insights and creative ideas in the development and planning of the scenic spots.

DIG has signed the long-term cooperation agreement with Beijing International Studies University (BISU), Nankai University, Beijing Normal University, Hainan University and other famous domestic universities, and also established the DIG Scholarship in Beijing International Studies University.
